In our diets nowadays, there’s a lot of sugar. And it hides in places you might not realize. Most of us don’t realize that some of the foods in our diet are more harmful than others. While tempting, dried fruits actually have a lot of sugar in them. They seem harmless as they’re products of a healthy food, right? Except, water is removed from the fruits in the drying process. Fruits are best served fresh.
This may come as no surprise to you. Energy drinks are high in sugar, and they have other serious implications for your health. They give you huge amounts of energy, but most of us don’t work off that kind of energy in an afternoon. How are you spending the energy that these drinks give you? They originate from potatoes which are carbohydrates, and frying the fries includes oil. Unfortunately, these guys are a bad nutrition choice.

Cakes might be the worst in terms of caloric intake, but puddings are the most high in sugar. Keep those at a distance, and you’ll find your sugar is lower as are the number of calories you’re consuming on a regular basis.
